Cancellation & Refund Policy – Scoutrides

Booking and Payment:

  • A Tour Contract with Scoutrides is confirmed once your registration is accepted and you receive a written confirmation.

  • To book a tour, pay the booking amount as mentioned on the tour page.

  • The balance payment must be completed at least 10 days before the tour start date.

Non-payment:

  • If the balance amount is not paid at least 10 days before the tour, Scoutrides may cancel the booking and forfeit the advance amount.

Cancellation by Participant:

  • Once booked, payments are non-refundable if the participant cancels the tour.

  • However, participants have two options:

    • Defer the tour to the next year at no additional cost, or

    • Transfer the booking to a friend, provided Scoutrides is informed at least 10 days in advance.

Booking Transfer:

  • You can transfer your booking to another person up to 10 days before the tour.

  • The new participant must meet all the eligibility conditions and accept the original terms.

Other Important Points:

  • If you are denied entry into India, Scoutrides will not be responsible for any refund.

  • If you fail to join the tour on time or leave it midway, no refunds or repeat tours will be offered.

  • Participants must make their own travel, accommodation, and bike return arrangements if they leave mid-tour, unless pre-arranged with Scoutrides.

  • No refunds for unused services during the tour.

Refund Timeline (if applicable):

  • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the approval of your request.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless stated otherwise.
