Cancellation & Refund Policy – Scoutrides
Booking and Payment:
A Tour Contract with Scoutrides is confirmed once your registration is accepted and you receive a written confirmation.
To book a tour, pay the booking amount as mentioned on the tour page.
The balance payment must be completed at least 10 days before the tour start date.
Non-payment:
If the balance amount is not paid at least 10 days before the tour, Scoutrides may cancel the booking and forfeit the advance amount.
Cancellation by Participant:
Once booked, payments are non-refundable if the participant cancels the tour.
However, participants have two options:
Defer the tour to the next year at no additional cost, or
Transfer the booking to a friend, provided Scoutrides is informed at least 10 days in advance.
Booking Transfer:
You can transfer your booking to another person up to 10 days before the tour.
The new participant must meet all the eligibility conditions and accept the original terms.
Other Important Points:
If you are denied entry into India, Scoutrides will not be responsible for any refund.
If you fail to join the tour on time or leave it midway, no refunds or repeat tours will be offered.
Participants must make their own travel, accommodation, and bike return arrangements if they leave mid-tour, unless pre-arranged with Scoutrides.
No refunds for unused services during the tour.
Refund Timeline (if applicable):
Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the approval of your request.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless stated otherwise.
