RIDER/MEMBER INDEMNITY

 By Signing the membership of the group I confirm and undertake the following:
1. I would follow all the safety instructions and will ride on the route as per instructions.
2. Further, i acknowledge that helmet is mandatory for this activity and will wear one as a condition of participation and      will   abide by all traffic rules during ride.
3. I would ride my bike on road with utmost care and also will refrain from exhibiting from any kind of stunts/Race while participating on   the ride.
4.Such participation in the group rides/activities is on my own will and i am aware that possible physical injury might occur as a result of my participation in these activities, if any accident or any untoward incident occurs by which i sustain any injury or results in any damage to myself or a third party , me or my legal heirs shall not hold responsible to ZealInfinity Solutions / SCOUTRIDERS.
5. As a sponsor or its employee or anybody supporting this activity for any loss, damage in whatsoever manner. It will be my responsibility.
6. I will make good any loss or damage that may be claimed by third party before any authority/s caused due my riding.
7. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place.
8. Pillion(if any) accompanying me in the group rides are completely my responsibility and i will make sure they will adhere to all the rules of the club.
WHATEVER STATED ABOVE , I HEREBY CONFIRM AS THE STATEMENT MADE WITH THE FULL ACKNOWLEDGE  AND FREE CONSENT AND THAT I AM , AS A RESULT, ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SAID ACTIVITY AND DO HEREBY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY OWN WELL-BEING.
